So far this year I’ve neglected my blog and it’s been for a good reason….
1. My day job takes up quite a lot of my time.
2. I’ve been creating art like crazy.
3. I’ve been travelling.
4. Time has slipped by me so fast I just don’t know where this year has gone!
I know most of you will feel exactly the same way and I’m trying my hardest to prioritise my life the best I can.
In the past few months I have been focusing on my art more so than ever and the reason for that is…..I’ll be hosting my very first season of classes for 6 weeks starting on Tuesday 2nd October! This is a massive thing for me and something that’s taken a lot of time, planning and mostly courage. I’m doubting myself a little and wondering if I’m actually capable of teaching others what I enjoy when it comes to art and art journaling. I’m not going to lie I’m actually shitting myself over it all!
Not only do I have my new class but I am also in conversation with The Old Courts in Wigan with the possibility of doing some workshops with them and I’ll be there in December on a stall at the Maker Market. I’ll post more information about that soon!
So all in all I’ve been a busy bee. And it’s going to get busier…but the way I’m seeing things at the moment it can only get better and easier for me and take me on a journey to which I could potentially be a full time creative!
Watch this space!
